Have you ever wondered if your property has truffles? It doesn't matter if you own less than an acre or over 50 acres, if your property meets the below initial requirements, then you might have truffles! - Young 20-40 year old Douglas Fir trees. Mixed species of trees are fine, but majority should be Douglas Fir. - Relatively clear understory with ferns. Should be easy to walk around for both dogs and humans. - NO Oregon Grape or Salal plants or at least very little. - Elevation somewhere between 200 - 1000 feet. There are certainly exceptions and truffles can be found in places that don't meet the traditional requirements. If you would like Aaron and Georgie to check out your property and confirm if you might have truffles, then look no further! This service is primarily for private property owners, but if you are interested in having us check public land, please make sure it is legally accessible before booking.
